I graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Family Relationships, and earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University. My professional experience includes community-based mental health, hospitals, and private practices where I worked directly with children, adolescents, adults and families from diverse backgrounds.

I am actively licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois and as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).

In my coaching work, I take a strengths-based approach. Coaching is way to elevate and enhance yourself and life using a solid foundation you have already built. It is important that you to leave our time together feeling secure in who you are, confident in your strengths and excited about your life.

Outside of work, I love to thrift, crochet, sew, read, cook for friends, watch reality TV, and walk my dog, Gus. I am always striving to be up to date on the latest research in identity development and wellness, and utilize my academic background in psychology and counseling to inform my work with clients.
